1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:

The wrong item is delivered

The product is damaged or defective on arrival
To qualify:

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

You must share an unboxing video and pictures

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Non-returnable items:

Used or washed products

Custom orders

Sale/discounted products

Minor variations in hand-block print (normal for handmade items)
2. Return Process

Our team will respond within 1–3 business days.

If approved, we arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping depending on your location.
3. Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only in cases of damage, defect, or wrong product, subject to availability.
5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
