We strive for high-quality, handcrafted products. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The wrong item is delivered

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival

To qualify:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must share an unboxing video and pictures

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or washed products

  • Custom orders

  • Sale/discounted products

  • Minor variations in hand-block print (normal for handmade items)

2. Return Process

  • Email tagaai.jaipur@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.

  • Our team will respond within 1–3 business days.

  • If approved, we arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping depending on your location.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only in cases of damage, defect, or wrong product, subject to availability.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
