Tagaai is a luxury Indian design house dedicated to preserving and elevating the timeless art of hand block printing. What began as a passion-driven initiative has grown into a global home for exquisitely handcrafted home living products and women’s clothing, all made using premium hand block-printed cotton fabrics.
At Tagaai, we offer an extensive collection of artisanal quilts, dohars, kantha, throws, duvet covers, tablecloths, cotton napkins, placemats, pillow covers, and cushion covers, along with an elegant range of women’s apparel, including kimono robes, Indian kurtis, dresses, kaftans, and exclusive fabrics. Each piece is crafted in our own manufacturing unit, where a team of 60 highly skilled artisans meticulously brings every design to life using traditional techniques, natural inspiration, and exceptional craftsmanship.

About the Founder
Rosh Choudhary, the founder of Tagaai, is a fashion designer whose creative journey has always been deeply rooted in the art of hand block printing.
Early in her career, she observed how this centuries-old craft was practiced quietly by local artisans who earned only modest livelihoods despite their extraordinary skill. Driven by both admiration and emotion, she felt compelled to build something that could uplift these artisans and give the craft the recognition it truly deserves.
In 2019, she founded Tagaai as a platform where design meets heritage and where artisans can thrive with dignity and fair opportunities.
Today, her vision continues to guide the brand—ensuring that every product carries not only beautiful craftsmanship, but also the stories, hands, and hearts of the artisans behind it.
